Accepted Answer

Yes! Our Business plan includes a 7-day free trial. You can experience all features of the platform, including AI fix guides and full website scanning, before being charged.

Question 4

What does the accessibility widget do?

Accepted Answer

The widget provides your visitors with 21+ accessibility tools including screen reader support, text resizing, high contrast modes, dyslexia-friendly fonts, keyboard navigation enhancements, and more. Users can customize their browsing experience based on their needs.

Question 5

How do I install the widget?

Accepted Answer

Simply add one line of JavaScript code before the closing tag on your website. The widget works on any platform including WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, React, and plain HTML sites.

Question 6

Does the widget slow down my website?

Accepted Answer

No. The widget loads asynchronously and is served from a global CDN. It typically adds less than 50ms to page load time and doesn't affect your Core Web Vitals scores.

Question 7

What accessibility standards do you support?

Accepted Answer

We scan against WCAG 2.2 (Levels A, AA, and AAA) and help you meet requirements for ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), Section 508, and the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

Question 8

Does using your widget make my site fully compliant?

Accepted Answer

The widget helps users overcome barriers and demonstrates your commitment to accessibility, but it doesn't fix underlying code issues. For full compliance, you should use our monitoring and fix guides to address issues in your code, combined with the widget as an additional layer of support.

Question 9

Can you guarantee we won't get sued?

Accepted Answer

No tool or service can guarantee legal protection. However, using our platform to actively monitor, fix issues, and provide accessibility tools demonstrates good faith effort toward accessibility, which can be an important factor in legal situations.

Question 10

What's the difference between plans?

Accepted Answer

Plans differ in the number of websites you can monitor, scan frequency, number of pages per scan, widget customization options, and access to features like AI fix guides and team collaboration. See our pricing page for full details.

Question 11

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
