Senior Frontend Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help build our accessibility platform. You'll work on our dashboard, widget, and monitoring tools using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain our React/Next.js dashboard and marketing site
• Develop the accessibility widget that runs on customer websites
• Implement new features based on product requirements and user feedback
• Ensure all code meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards
• Write tests and documentation for components and features
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
• Collaborate with design and product teams on new features

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong understanding of web accessibility (WCAG, ARIA)
• Experience with Next.js, server-side rendering, and API routes
• Familiarity with CSS-in-JS, Tailwind CSS, or similar styling approaches
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• Excellent communication skills for a remote environment
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience building browser extensions or embeddable widgets
• Familiarity with screen readers and assistive technologies
• Contributions to accessibility-focused open source projects
• Experience with monorepos and Turborepo
