Accessibility Specialist

About the Role
We're looking for an Accessibility Specialist to help ensure our platform and customer implementations meet the highest accessibility standards. You'll work across product, engineering, and content teams to drive accessibility excellence.
What You'll Do
- Conduct accessibility audits and provide remediation guidance
- Help define and refine our accessibility scanning rules
- Create educational content (guides, tutorials, best practices)
- Support customers with complex accessibility questions
- Stay current on WCAG updates and accessibility regulations
- Collaborate with engineering on product accessibility
- Test with assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard, etc.)
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in web accessibility
- Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 and ARIA
- Experience with assistive technologies (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
- Understanding of accessibility laws (ADA, Section 508, EAA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- IAAP certification (CPACC, WAS, or CPWA) preferred
